Job SummaryOur client is looking for a Courier to play the following roles...

Sort, deliver and pick up shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional interface and image to customers and the general public.
Responsible for work processes that affect the success of own role and contribute to the overall performance of the department.
Follows up on all customer inquires. Informs Supervisors and Team Leaders on all service-related issues. Provides quality feedback to customer service on service incidents when the need arises. Is able to provide good sales lead to the sales team.
Work under general supervision with regular review and guidance from a supervisor. Refer complex and unusual problems to supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree
1-3 Years of experience in the area of responsibility. Intermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function. Demonstrates basic knowledge of a technical or specialty area. Readily learns and applies new information/concepts in the area of practice.
Driving License
Males ONLY
Age less than 30 years old.
