Job Description

As Country Growth Director, you will be responsible for growing our team in UAE, driving our focus on introducing Zyda to local restaurants of different sizes and sophistication. This includes everything from developing our GTM plans to leading deal execution strategy and prioritizing internal acquisition operations process and growth priorities. We are looking for an innovative, inspirational, and agile growth leader who is a strong culture builder.Role

  • Lead efforts to grow Zyda?s market share and presence
  • Hire and onboard high caliber candidates through regular screening, rigorous assessment
  • Create and foster a team culture of growth through weekly coaching and 1:1 sessions
  • Implement our playbook for acquisition, and regularly iterate to incorporate new insights and best practices
  • Represent the voice of customers internally with all stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Customer Service
  • Establish operational excellence as it pertains to deal and growth forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Test different go-to-market approaches to winning up-market customers in a repeatable and consistent manner.
