Role Purpose :We are currently looking for a Cost Manager for RAK Central project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.The successful candidates will be responsible for showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service. What this job involves :Provide support to cost and commercial leadership in the delivery of pre and post-contract services.Manage and update project budgetsTake suitable commercial meeting minutesUse CostX, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes to an advanced levelWork post contract including; being strong in contract administration, comfortable on site walks with project teams, prepare cash flow reports, draft monthly paymentrecommendations and weekly commercial dashboards, managing variations and assist in closing out projects and claims / variations.Desired skills and experience for this Previous experience working in the Middle EastDegree in related subject (BSc Quantity Surveying)MRICS would be advantageous but not essential.Experience pre and post contract in project / programme delivery teams.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
