Key Responsibilities:Cost Monitoring: Track and analyze food and beverage costs, ensuring they align with the budget.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation to reduce waste and loss.Cost Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.Supplier Relations: Assist with negotiations and manage vendor relationships to secure the best pricing and terms.Process Improvement: Identify areas for cost reduction, streamlining, and efficiency within food production and purchasing.Requirements:Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the food & beverage industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of cost control techniques, inventory management, and purchasing processes.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with Excel or other inventory/cost management software.
