Responsibilities:Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and analyze cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.Track project expenditures and identify cost variances.Collaborate with project managers to develop cost-saving initiatives.Assist in preparing tender and contractual documentation.Maintain records of all project costs and financial transactions.Conduct cost risk assessments and provide recommendations.Support project procurement activities related to costs.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.3+ years of experience in cost control within construction or engineering projects.Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and financial analysis.Proficiency in MS Excel, Cost Management Software (e.g., Primavera, SAP).Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork skills.Immediate availability preferred.
