Coordinador Seguridad Patrimonial SLPSAN LUIS POTOSI SL, , MEX Security R01088071Position DescriptionSecurity SupervisorSan Luis PotosíCollaborate with innovative 3Mers around the worldAs Security Manager for our sites at 3M San Luis Potosi Mexico you will be the key in providing security leadership to protect and maintain 3Ms employees, propriety, products, technology, and reputation, resolving challenging and diverse security issues. In this role you will be able to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world .The impact you will make in this role* Conduct timely, effective, and properly documented investigations across a broad range of issues. * Review company facilities and acquisitions to mitigate risks through appropriate security measures. * Provide expert guidance to the Site Manager and Leadership Team in all security related issues. * Support crisis planning and response, lead and assure local management is trained in crisis and emergency operations management. * Maintain productive liaison relationships with internal business partners and external service providers, law enforcement, government agencies and other entities as necessary. * Perform complex analysis as well as ensure compliance with established safety/security principles. * Conduct assessments of the facility to ensure physical security measures meet corporate and legal requirements. * Experience in transportation and supply chain security to include extensive knowledge of C-TPAT/OEA requirements. * Background in cameras and electronic access control. * Utilized effective communication to manage a diverse security team at the SLP Site. * Experience in Executive Protection of Senior Corporate Leadership.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: * University degree or qualifying work experience. * Previous experience of 5-7 years in private companies, leading security teams. * Knowledge of physical security assessment protocols and preventive measures. * Experience directing investigations in a corporate environment. * Experience responding to crisis and directing effective responses. * Strong leadership, influence, communication, prioritization, and organization skills are required. * Advanced English skills are desiredSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
