Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.Prepare and maintain contractual documentation, reports, and correspondence.Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims.Collaborate with project teams to ensure contractual requirements are met.Track key contractual milestones and deliverables.Key Qualifications & Skills:Relevant experience in contract administration within construction or infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of contract law and legal documentation.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple contracts simultaneously.Immediate availability preferred; Abu Dhabi experience is a plus.
