Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and amendments.Maintain and organize contractual documentation and records.Monitor contract performance and compliance with terms and conditions.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding contractual issues.Manage change orders and claims, ensuring proper documentation.Support dispute resolution and contract amendments.Ensure adherence to legal and company policies.Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters.Prepare reports on contractual status and risks.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in contract management within construction or engineering sectors.Strong knowledge of contract law and procurement processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency with contract management software.
