Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.Ensure compliance with legal requirements, project terms, and company policies.Track contract changes, variations, and claims; assist in dispute resolution.Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and project teams.Maintain contract records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.Monitor contract performance and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.Support tendering processes and assist in bid evaluations when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field.4 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in construction or engineering industries.Knowledge of contract law, FIDIC or other standard forms of contracts.Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
