Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and amendments in accordance with project requirementsCollaborate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to ensure contractual deliverables are metMonitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditionsManage contract changes, variations, and claims, including evaluating and negotiating amendmentsConduct risk assessments related to contractual obligations and develop mitigation strategiesMaintain accurate contract documentation and recordsLiaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to resolve contractual issuesEnsure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirementsSupport project teams during contract execution, including tracking milestones and deliverablesProvide contractual guidance and support during project audits and reviewsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in contract management within the oil and gas industryProven experience working on oil and gas projects, preferably with familiarity in the Middle EastStrong knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and industry standardsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to interpret technical and contractual documentationProficiency in contract management software and MS Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
