Job Description

Job descriptions:-

    • Non-legal contract experts primarily supporting the tendering stage of project (ITO) including negotiations, managing commercial issues, customer and supplier relationships and insurance requirement.
    • Own the contract development process, including writing, reviewing and implementation of risk mitigation strategies
    • Coordinate with other Functions (Legal, Finance, Tax, Application Engineering, Sales, Services Execution and Projects) during tender preparation by the Comops to ensure clean and clear terms, and scopes of work.
    • Evaluate contractual risk, prepare the risk review checklist and communicate to the team.
    • Work with the Tender managers/ Sales to review monitor the deal machine opportunities, ensure to follow-up with concern team that the deal machine opportunities are approved and updated
    • Ensure that all risk trigger in contracts are reviewed with the appropriate approver and document the approvals.
    • Follow-up and record the Channel partners documentation and their performance.
    • Be accountable for overall quality of contracts globally and maintain record of the process and global contracts
Position Requirements:-
  • Years of relevant experience? 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) as a minimum.

  • Mandatory experience/skills/tools:.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain and record relevant data/ documentation and implement process guideline, coordinate several projects simultaneously.
    • Non-legal contract experts to primarily review contract terms & conditions, prepare the risk review checklist and communicate to the team and support team at tendering stage of project (ITO).
    • Aware of the sale & commercial process and working with the deal machine, the CRM tools
