We are seeking a candidate to join our Legal & Commercial team as a Contract Administration AssistantKey Responsibilities:Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, collating inputs, and coordinating finalization.Perform post-award contract administration and claims management.Coordinate with departments to update project progress and maintain orderly records of correspondence, changes, and reports.Collect documents and details for cases referred to litigation.Support contracts and litigation matters across group companies.Liaise with external legal counsel and track litigation progress.Ensure proper maintenance of contractual records and documentation.Prepare reports and presentations for management.
