Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and manage neurological and neurosurgical disorders, including brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerve conditions.Perform complex neurosurgical procedures such as tumor resections, spinal surgeries, aneurysm repairs, and trauma interventions.Conduct detailed patient assessments and review MRI, CT, EEG, and other diagnostic imaging.Develop individualized treatment and post-operative care plans.Lead and mentor junior neurosurgeons, residents, and medical staff.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, anesthesiologists, ICU staff, and rehabilitation specialists.Maintain accurate and confidential medical and surgical records.Participate in hospital committees, clinical audits, and continuing medical education programs.Ensure compliance with medical ethics, hospital policies, and local regulatory requirements.
