Job Description

We are currently looking for Consultant to join our Advisory Services, with a focus on Programme Management & Change, to support our rapidly growing practice and delivery of projects across the MEA region. The ideal candidate should be someone and delivery of projects across the MEA region. The ideal candidate should be someone who has worked in a Management Consultant capacity preferably with a Big Four Consultancy or Global strategy houses or international management consultancies in the Middle East region.The role is based in region and may require travel. The candidate will be exposed to a number of industry sectors i.e. Transport & Aviation, Governmental, Change & Transformation Management, Programme & Portfolio Management, Energy, Oil & Gas and Cities & urban Infrastructure and work alongside experienced Consultants and Technical Specialists from our Parent Group.Technical ResponsibilitiesAs a Consultant your responsibilities include:

  • Onsite delivery of engagements
  • Support the Project Manager in delivering quality deliverables for our clients
  • Support in stakeholder engagement and presentations to clients
  • Assist in the development of tools and template to support successful delivery
  • Support in any business development activities including the preparation of bids, pricing and content development
  • Complete assigned tasks accordingly
Basic & Technical CompetenciesThe basic & technical competencies include:
  • Academic degree in project management, business administration or a similar field
  • 3-5years of relevant experience in project management or PMO
  • PMO design and implementation
  • Benefits management
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Risks and issues management
  • Ideally hold a Prince 2 or PMP qualification
  • Good understanding of knowledge of PMO software tool
  • Arabic speaker is preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong data management and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and determined to pursue continuous improvement, which is essential to processes & procedures development
