Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site construction works and manpower.Ensure works are performed according to approved drawings and quality standards.Monitor safety compliance and enforce site safety rules.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.Report progress and issues to project management.Assist in resolving technical and logistical issues on site.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 8 years of construction supervisory experience in the UAE, preferably on consultant and ADNOC projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods and quality control.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Familiarity with safety regulations and site management.
