Construction Project ManagerJob Location: UAEMain Responsibilities:?Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.?Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, to ensure effective collaboration and smooth project execution.?Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews of engineering designs, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.?Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.?Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns related to the project.?Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.?Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.?Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.?Reporting: Prepare detailed project reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and project performance metrics.Requirements:?Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with at least 5 years in a project management role in the UAE.?Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.?Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and structural engineering principles.?Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and tools. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.?Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.?Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.?Licensing: Valid UAE driving license is required.
