Key Responsibilities: Develop construction strategies, schedules, and resource plans in line with project requirementsSupervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflowEnforce safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture on-siteConduct regular site inspections and quality control checksCoordinate with project engineers, procurement, and client representativesManage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment utilizationMonitor project progress, prepare reports, and address delays or issues promptlyImplement change management and risk mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with UAE safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulationsQualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent10+ years of construction management experience, preferably with LOFT Contracting or similar UAE-based firmsProven leadership skills and ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractorsStrong knowledge of UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and standardsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
