The Construction Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications and safety standards. They coordinate between architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality construction work.Key Responsibilities:Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure feasibility.Prepare detailed construction schedules and work plans.Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.Inspect construction work to ensure quality and adherence to design.Manage project budgets and control costs.Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.Maintain detailed records of construction progress, inspections, and changes.Report project status to management regularly.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in construction site management.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Good communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
