We are looking for a creative and experienced Concept Lead Designer to spearhead innovative design concepts, develop inspiring portfolios, and ensure that all designs meet or exceed K4 standards. This role requires a strong visionary with leadership skills.Key Responsibilities: Lead the conceptual design process from ideation through development.Develop and present creative design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.Oversee the creation of design portfolios, ensuring high quality and innovation.Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to refine concepts.Ensure that designs meet or exceed K4 standards and industry best practices.Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative concepts.Proven experience leading design projects in top-tier firms in the UAE.Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Leadership and team management capabilities.
