Job Description

My client, a leading developer in Dubai, renowned for creating exceptional and innovative luxury residential spaces require a talented and passionate Concept Interior Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of their projects.About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing inspiring and high-end design concepts for a variety of luxury residential developments across Dubai. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate the developers vision into reality.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research on current design trends, materials, and finishes relevant to the luxury residential market in Dubai.
  • Develop innovative and original concept designs that reflect the unique character and target audience of each project.
  • Create high-quality presentation materials, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet all functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings to present and refine design concepts based on feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design software and technologies.
REQUIREMENTSQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working on high-end residential projects.
  • Proven track record of developing creative and innovative design concepts.
  • Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and furniture brands.
  • Excellent technical skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in the Dubai design industry (a plus).
  • Fluency in English a must.
