HexTrust is the link that connects the traditional financial world to the digital assets ecosystem.Position Summary : The Compliance Officer will be the person responsible in the management of the daily activities of the Compliance department and maintenance of the company?s compliance and AML program in Dubai, with direct reporting to the local CEO and the Group Head of Compliance.Responsibilities:

  • Be the MLRO of Hex Trust MENA FZE.
  • Be responsible for regulatory filings and reporting.
  • Be responsible for the review, investigation and onboarding of new customers and accounts.
  • Participate in the ongoing review of existing clients to ensure adherence to AML / CFT and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations issued by VARA and other applicable government bodies.
  • Assist with the development, implementation and enhancement of local policies and procedures.
  • Assist with monitoring and testing activities to ensure adherence to group policies and procedures.
  • Assist with compliance projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Group Head of Compliance.
  • Encourage and promote a compliance culture within the organisation.
