• Work with C&S Manager to plan events & activities
• Support the C&S Manager in planning and prioritization of annual C&S goals and projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans for assigned projects, progress reports for C&S
• Strategize and brainstorm new project ideas with the team; including minuting meetings and creating agendas.
• Support the team during meetings by taking minutes of the meetings and creating agendas.
• Assist in the definition of new project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure projects align with CAFU C&S strategic planning, goals, and budget
• Support in preparation for partner meetings on sustainability matters.

• Monitor current projects and coordinate all parties involved to keep workflow on track
• Develop and implement a framework for engaging internal stakeholders (i.e., employees) and external stakeholders (i.e., local community members) in the institution?s governance, strategy, and operations related to sustainability
• Create, deploy, and analyze surveys shared with the business to understand C&S trends across the functions
• Work to improve the project implementation process and communication.
• Provide day-to-day follow-up and support to the team in relation to project/engagement delivery.
• Develop and manage sustainability-related projects and campaigns with employees that yield measurable, positive impact in advancing sustainability
• Communicate to the C&S Manager changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Manage project goals/project schedules and track outcomes for reporting
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
• Track and report successes, analyze project risks, and recommend improvements
• Manage and update data and information on community and sustainability projects to meet reporting and information requests internally and externally
• Support in the development of tools; templates, PPT, EXCEL etc to support overall management and execution of C&S campaigns and projects.

• Cultivate and coordinate formal and informal community partnership(s)
• Work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Assist in the development and management of outreach materials in coordination with the Brand, Communications, and Marketing departments.
• Liaise with relevant agencies in all matters related to projects as required.

• Perform detailed research with reference to regional and international practices, legislations, and market conditions in relation to principles of community and sustainability.
• Research C&S trends, focuses, and areas regionally and internationally which will play a role in CAFUs expansion plan
• Develop technical reports, diagrams, and content in relation to sustainability principles
• Coordinate submissions and reviews between different stakeholders and project parties
• Contribute in administrative work for the research and strategy deliverables, communications, and other documentation work that ensures accurate delivery of information internally and externally with partners, suppliers, and vendors.
