Job Description

The ideal candidate must create, implement and oversee communications programs and strategies, internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.Must have strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally. Solid knowledge and understating of current trends in digital media/social media.Excellent project management and time management skills.Must be an excellent communicator with brilliant presentation and organizational skills with minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities

  • Oversee all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring its messaging is consistent and engaging
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
  • Creation and development of: Print and online advertising, Email marketing, Web site management and content development, Informative and interesting press releases, articles, content, news letters and related marketing materials to share our company?s brand, products and services, Corporate videos and marketing collateral
  • Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas, stories, and strategies
  • Prepare detailed media activity reports
  • Draft press releases and speeches following organizational news
  • Write letters, interdepartmental memo and other business correspondence
  • Develop materials to educate staff on communication practices
  • Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies
