Job Description

Commis III - PastryPrepares and presents a wide variety of pastries and desserts. Handle all aspects of the pastry production, ordering and proposes new ideas to improveWhat is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Support the pastry chef in the overall smooth operation of the pastry kitchen ensuring prompt service at all times.
  • Participates in making food requisitions.
  • Responsible for the pastry talenthygiene, sanitation, tidiness of the working and Storage areas
Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
