About the roleThe Commis I assists Chef?s in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and to help maintain a high Standard of food preparation.What you will doMain Duties/Description:1. Assists the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie to establish standard recipes and ensure the compliance with them.2. Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.3. Have a good knowledge of cuisines to carry out the duties and responsibilities for the position in an efficient and productive manner.4. Demonstrates and maintains professional behavior and positive attitude at all times.5. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Restaurant Chef or Sous Chef.What you bring?
