Responsible for the preparation and presentation of cold kitchen dishes, including salads, appetizers, and cold buffet items. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen team in maintaining high culinary standards and hygiene practices.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cold kitchen role.International hotel chain experience is preferred.Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is a plus.Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Computer literate for basic kitchen inventory or training systems.Locally available and ready to join on short notice.Basic understanding of Front Office & Reservations systems such as OnQ is a plus (though not essential for kitchen roles).
