Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and cooking of food as per menu specifications and recipes.Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Ensure proper storage of ingredients and manage stock rotation.Support senior kitchen staff with daily kitchen operations.Assist in the plating and presentation of dishes to meet restaurant standards.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required.Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
