The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire commercial lifecycle of projects, ensuring profitability, contractual compliance, and effective risk management. The role requires close coordination with internal teams as well as external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and sustainable business growth.Key responsibilities include:Managing the complete tendering process from initial inquiry through to final submissionPreparing, reviewing, and submitting technical and commercial tender documentsReviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions, including payment terms, variations, penalties, warranties, and liabilitiesIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risksMonitoring project costs against approved budgets to ensure financial controlManaging variations, change orders, and additional works to protect project marginsSupporting project teams with cost forecasting, cash flow planning, and detailed cost reportingIdentifying, preparing, and submitting variations and change orders in a timely mannerActing as the primary commercial point of contact with clients, consultants, and contractorsParticipating in commercial negotiations, meetings, and discussionsBuilding and maintaining strong professional relationships to support project success and business developmentThis position offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to high-value facade projects within a growing organization
