Then read on.In this role you will have the opportunity:To handle all the company?s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal willinclude reading and amending contracts and policies, negotiating on behalf of the client, and more.Your responsibilities:

  • Litigation Case Management - handling litigation cases files against the company and/or filed by the company
  • Liaising with selected law firms on case subject, defense plan, and negotiating case expenses.
  • Preparation of case file prior to submission to the law firm by gathering information and documents form the relevant departments in the company, follow up on case flow with the law firm, updating senior management with any developments until final verdict is issued.
  • Drafting internal policy and procedures in relation to contracting process and litigation case management
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and various legal documents or board resolutions
  • Dealing with various governmental organizations within UAE on regulatory issues in order to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Masters or Bachelor?s in Law is essential
  • Arabic & English speaking & writing
  • Coming from a reputable Law Firm
  • Minimum 7 years? experience working within a Law Firm/ Group of Companies
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • UAE experience essential
