We are urgently seeking a skilled Commercial Executive for our Dubai operations, specializing in break bulk, project cargo, and ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) shipments. This role requires a professional with hands-on experience in managing complex logistics operations and client interactions to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-effective transportation solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Handle client inquiries and provide competitive quotations for break bulk, project cargo, and ODC shipments• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable transportation solutions, including sea, road, barge, or multimodal options• Prepare and follow up on sales proposals and tender submissions• Negotiate rates with carriers, transporters, and vendors to secure optimal pricing• Collaborate with the reporting manager to implement cost-effective logistics solutions• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify new business opportunities• Plan and execute end-to-end logistics operations for break bulk and ODC cargo• Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, surveyors, transporters, crane operators, and other stakeholders• Oversee cargo loading, unloading, lashing, securing, and documentation processes• Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory compliance (DG, IMO, port regulations, etc.)• Track and monitor cargo movements, providing regular updates to clients• Prepare and maintain operational documentation including B/L, shipping instructions, MBL/HBL, and customs documents• Troubleshoot operational challenges promptly to prevent delays or additional costs
