  • Accountable for commercial aspects of portfolio such as development of new commercial models and monetization of business opportunities.
  • Consulting on the productization process of new offerings in the early life cycle stage and supporting BUs in price setting of new products and features with market feedback.
  • Responsible for providing coaching & driving best practices on commercial models and price levels, scope optimization, risk management, discounting structure and contract definition to market commercial and sales organization
  • Supports commercial portfolio introductions and commercial enablement and competence development of frontline as well as supports commercial execution in customer cases
  • Responsible for driving pricing agreements across BGs and pre-approved pricing agreements with relevant BUs to streamline and simplify offer process
  • Support e2e pricing definition of CNS solutions together with BUs, strategic pricing and portfolio management
  • Support Offer approval process with a commercial positioning statement, highlighting the changes needed to minimize and mitigate risks and value leakage related to the commercial offer.
  • Accountable for commercial KPIs, advanced commercial analytics and reporting and provides commercial intelligence through advanced power BI based reports.
  • Drives digitalization and automation of pricing and commercial processes through tools and systems enhancement and development to further increase efficiency and effectiveness in the offer process. Ensures CNS SW business requirements are taken into account in new IT tool ecosystem
  • Enhances and drives product and domain price benchmarking practices, tools and reports.
Your skills and experience
  • Proactively and out-of-the-box attitude to lead the Commercial Management central responsibilities and contribute to simplification and improvement of our processes and tools
  • Able to carry out specialized activities/projects according to general direction. Influences others to support decisions
  • Act as a thought leader in disruptive modeling and a talent reference for Commercial pricing in CNS with highest level of analytics and cognitive analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Financial and contractual knowledge (P&L structure, cash flow, contractual T&Cs)
  • Fluency in English
