An exciting opportunity to join the Rixos team supporting four fabulous properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting to Country Director, Learning & Development you will assist the property teams to drive the Talent Management and Learning agendas.What is in it for you:

Your experience and skills include:
Bachelor?s Degree/Master?s Degree from a reputable hospitality/business school preferred
Minimum 7 years of total experience ideally with strong operations background
At least 2-4 years of experience in in acluster-based role
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Strong working knowledge of Digital tools
Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
