Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple hotel propertiesIdentify and grow new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE segmentsManage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfactionCollaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align strategiesPrepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior managementRepresent the hotel cluster at trade shows, events, and sales missionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of the UAE hospitality marketExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple properties and meet performance targets
