Cluster Reservations AgentJob Location : UAE:•Sell our products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques•Promote our Hotels products and services•Maintain high product and service knowledge about all IHG DFC Hotels in your region•Develop and maintain regular sales calls•Record and process reservations, and process amendments to reservations•Liaise with Front Office Manager or Finance Manager for reservations requiring credit approval•Maintain knowledge of special rates and offers•Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates•Prepare reports and reservation sales reports•Monitor and match upcoming bookings with Opera PMS•Perform daily tasks like profile checks and no show/cancellation preparationsRequirements :•Minimum 1 year of front office or reservations experience•Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office•Advanced English writing and speaking skills•Knowledge of Opera (desirable)•Arabic language skills (desirable)•Ability to work independently and within a team environment•Ability to lead and motivate team members
