Cluster Graphic DesignerJob Location : UAEMain Responsibilities:•Develop a deep understanding of the companys business strategy and positioning in the market.•Collaborate with operational heads to ensure design style, format, print production, and timescales meet the required standards.•Create concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.•Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, as well as font style and size.•Prepare rough drafts based on agreed briefs.•Review final layouts and suggest improvements if needed.•Liaise with the Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, and Purchasing to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.•Build and maintain the companys social media presence across various platforms.•Moderate and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry.•Work alongside other marketers to distribute content that educates and entertains the target audience.•Drive consistent traffic and leads from social networks.•Explore new ways to engage and identify new social platforms to reach target buyers.Key Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or related field.•At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.•Strong creative skills and a proven track record producing advertisements, corporate images, and promotional materials.•Ability to manage projects within time and budget schedules.•Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software.•Able to work under pressure.
