Club Lounge ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Manage monthly food and beverage costs and analyze profit and loss statements for the EP Club.?Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests, collect feedback, and ensure their needs are met.?Maintain the EP Club areas ambiance, cleanliness, and exclusivity at all times.?Cover all aspects of colleague management, including hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, training, and disciplinary actions.?Stay up-to-date with industry trends, MOHG standards, and hotel best practices to provide exceptional service to guests.?Collaborate closely with Front Office sub-sections to deliver personalized Mandarin Oriental service.?Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.Requirements :?Excellent communication and leadership skills.?Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
