Job Description

Our ClientA Technology Consulting and Services company headquartered in Dubai, UAE and with offices in Saudi Arabia and India. A part of a technology group with revenues in excess of $8bn. looking for an accomplished leader, who has experience in building and running a successful consulting and services organYour Responsibilities

  • As the most senior member of the organization, you will manage the entire sales, practice (delivery) and support teams that are made of different nationalities and spread across various cities and countries.
  • You will oversee the sales organization and guide them to build strong pipeline that supports the accelerated growth business plan. You will also oversee the practice team thats responsible for client engagements and ensure the projects are delivered with highest quality and provide elevated customer experience.
  • You will implement standards and drive adoption within the delivery team to achieve delivery excellence. You will also nurture a culture within the team to constantly evaluate the maturity levels of delivery excellence and keep improvising.
Your Qualifications
  • Mentor and nurture a best-in-class sales and technical project delivery team
  • Identify right talent and grow the territory sales team and practice delivery team that will work towards achieving the accelerated growth plan
  • Oversee client projects with the help of PMO and ensure the projects are delivered as per the agreed scope and allocated budgets
  • Act a Leader for Client Success for large d projects and ensure customer retention and help the sales team to grow the account YoY
  • Manage existing Managed Support Services (MSS) team. Upgrade the current MSS operations to a best-in-class by implementing standards and expand the operations across multiple locations to provide multi-lingual and 24x7 coverage
  • Support Sales team, with the help of delivery teams, on pursuits by designing solutions and creating accurate effort estimates
