Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions.Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patients rehabilitation goals.Offer counseling to help patients cope with physical health challenges and emotional stress.Collaborate with medical and rehabilitation teams to integrate psychological care.Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of patient progress.Promote mental health awareness and provide psychoeducation to patients and staff.Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology (clinical or counseling).Valid license or certification to practice psychology in the UAE.Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings.Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.Knowledge of mental health issues related to physical rehabilitation is preferred.
