Job Description

Our ClientIs the leading RCM Company in the MEA Region. We are currently supporting on building out a brand new business unit for the organization. With this we need multiple Clinical Coders IP & OP to oversee the Hospitals across the UAE.Your Responsibilities

  • You will be working on the RCM operations in your designated Hospital site.
  • There will be a directive to support the other RCM staff including pre-approval specialists, RCM Supervisors, etc.
  • Completing all necessary Clinical coding documentation, operations, etc in a timely manner.
  • Coordination between the key internal stakeholders and the customers directives for the sites objectives
  • Working in a streamlined and timely manner
  • Reporting into RCM Site Managers & Supervisors that will have strategic oversight management and coordination of your activities.
  • Handling assigned duties in-depth and RCM operational management of the entire process across the Hospital you will be assigned to.
Your Qualifications
  • Must have worked in the UAE before.
  • Must have worked in the Hospital & Healthcare side not just the Insurance side of the RCM processing.
  • Must understanding the documentation processing and regulatory proceedings to follow for the clinical coding.
  • Preferred if you are multilingual (Arabic/English). But not mandatory.
  • Preferred if youre from a Clinical Background.
  • The candidate must have x3 years experience doing Clinical coding for either IP or OP untis.
  • Ideally looking for someone with Governmental & Private Sector experience.
