The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of a healthcare clinic. This role ensures the clinic runs efficiently and provides high-quality patient care by managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing finances, and enhancing patient experience. The Clinic Manager acts as a key liaison between medical staff, patients, and support services.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service deliverySupervise and coordinate administrative and medical staff (receptionists, nurses, support staff, etc.)Oversee billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle managementEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and clinical protocolsMonitor inventory and procurement of medical supplies and equipmentHandle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve service qualityDevelop and implement operational policies and proceduresAssist with staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluationMaintain accurate patient records and confidential information in accordance with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA)Coordinate with doctors and medical staff for smooth clinical operationsPrepare regular reports on clinic performance, patient volume, and budgetsPromote a culture of patient satisfaction, safety, and continuous improvementQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or clinic management roleStrong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standardsExperience with medical billing systems and EHR/EMR softwareExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
