Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Client Service Executive with hands-on experience in the events sector. This full-time position — based between Dubai and Abu Dhabi — suits a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building client relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding event experiences. You will partner closely with business development and events teams to craft persuasive proposals, coordinate project delivery, and provide high-level administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesPitch & Proposal ManagementLead the preparation and coordination of client proposals and presentations.Work closely with business development, marketing and technical teams to develop client-centric solutions.Maintain and update proposal templates, case studies and resource libraries for repeated use.Track client feedback, deadlines and version control to improve future pitches.Project Coordination (As Required)Serve as a point of contact between internal teams to ensure smooth execution of event deliverables.Monitor project milestones, budgets, and outcomes, and escalate issues when necessary.Compile project updates, post-event evaluations, and summary reports for stakeholders.Executive Support to Events TeamHandle client correspondence, schedule calls, and follow up professionally and promptly.Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain action trackers to ensure follow-through.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in client service, project coordination, or executive support within the events industry (agency or consultancy experience preferred).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver polished presentations.Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, with attention to detail.Comfortable with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello or MS Project.Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to engage confidently with senior clients.Key AttributesClient-Focused: Anticipates client needs and builds trusted relationships.Detail-Oriented: Produces accurate, high-quality work consistently.Adaptable: Comfortable managing shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.Professional: Confident and courteous when interacting with senior stakeholders.
