TheClient Account Managerwill act as the principal point-of-contact for our existing client and will work closely with the internal Marketing teams on the delivery of all new initiatives to help drive product awareness, client retention, and meet company goals. This person will capture and track valuable client feedback and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed regarding project status and progress, including milestones of program development.
Operating as thelead point of contactfor any and all matters specific to the client account.
Overseeing client account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to client needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide proactive and consultative client support, ensuring high retention and net revenue growth within an existing client base. This is executed by garnering a deep understanding of client?s business models and needs while then providing consultative solutions that will add value to their business objectives.
Manage the client communications within key accounts, build relationships with decision makers, and present the strategic vision and current performance on regular client meetings.
