Join GCLL Logistics as a Clearance Executive, taking ownership of end-to-end customs clearance for imports/exports across Dubai. You’ll coordinate with ports, free zones, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and on-time cargo movement.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare, submit, and track customs declarations, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.• Coordinate clearance activities with stakeholders including Dubai Customs, port/terminal operators, and transport teams.• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve holds, inspections, or documentation discrepancies.• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready files for all transactions.Systems & Platforms:• Hands-on use of Dubai Trade, E-Mirsal, and DP World systems for processing and follow-ups.Documentation & Coordination:• Compile and verify invoices, packing lists, HS codes, certificates of origin, permits, and other regulatory documents.• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, providing timely status updates and next steps.What You’ll Bring:• UAE customs clearance experience with strong familiarity in Dubai processes.• Excellent coordination and documentation skills, with sharp attention to detail.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operations environment and meet strict deadlines.
