Claims Manager- dubaiGreetings from Adecco Middle East.I would like to introduce myself Sumaiya ,Principal Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Middle East?s recruitment hub based in India.We are currently hiring For Claims/Delay Quantum manager - In Dubai for a contract duration of 6 months ? 1 yr with Alstom Dubai.Below details are for your reference and understanding :Kindly revert back with your updated CV and the attached questionnaire to proceed further:Job title: Claims / Delay Quantum managerpOSITION OVERVIEW:To support the Senior Contract Manager and Project Director in providing guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive proactive contract/claim managementRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to offensive and defensive claim submissions
  • Produce position papers for submission to Arbitration proceedings
  • Liaise with Legal Counsel for Arbitration documentation
  • Quantum/programme analysis of EOT/Delay claims
  • Ensure proper record keeping and file preparation in support of robust claim files
  • Produce correspondence on claims
SKILLS & EDUCATION
  • An expert in contract and claims management and proven background in operating in a senior contract leadership
  • Knowledge and experience of FIDIC claim management process
  • Proficient in fluent English
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools
