Job Description

Civil TechnicianMake a difference every dayThe Job OpportunityThe Civil Technician will provide civil expertise within the maintenance team inclusive of but not limited to painting, carpentry and masonry.Key accountabilities

  • Assist in carrying out all level of civil related tasks.
  • May be required to carry out all level of moves and changes, modifications on buildings and structures including partitioning, stitching, grouting, scaffolding, pressure pointing, re-casing and general structural repairs and finishes.
  • Follow the appropriate project procedures and instructions to ensure compliance with the requirements;
  • Maintain accurate records of buildings and structures work accomplished and other information using a computerized project management system;

  • Flexibility, excellent attention to detail and ability to identify key issues.
  • Able to work under stringent deadlines and work in a high pressure environment.
Specific requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the maintenance of buildings and structures activities, such as general structural maintenance and repairs of buildings.
  • Experience in but not limited to painting, carpentry and / or masonry works.
  • At least holder of High School Diploma.
  • Vocational trade certificate or diploma in civil engineering discipline or equivalent.
