Experience: 4–6 years (UAE-based)Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringKey Responsibilities:• Review IFC drawings and project specifications to develop detailed technical documentation• Prepare shop drawings for civil works, including blockwork, finishes, and architectural details• Coordinate with structural and architectural teams for design validation and resolving conflicts• Review and prepare PQDs, material submittals, and method statements• Provide technical support to site teams, ensuring adherence to design intent and regulations• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues• Conduct site inspections and assist in QA/QC processes• Support value engineering proposals and identify cost-effective construction solutions• Ensure compliance with relevant authority guidelines (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DMCC, etc.)Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university• 4–6 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry• Proficient in UAE building codes, standards, and authority approval processes• Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools• Experience in steel structures and finishing works• Excellent at preparing shop drawings, submittals, and coordinating construction workflows• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)• Available to join immediately or on short noticePreferred Skills (Not Mandatory):• Knowledge of structural design principles• Familiarity with engineering software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, or equivalent
