Civil Technical EngineerJob Location : UAEJob Functions:•Supervise and lead engineers, designers and draftsmen involved in the design, planning and development of engineering projects•Verify all project designs, drawings, and specifications.•Determine and communicate project requirements, specifications, goals and objectives•Verify compliance with authority regulations and industry standards•Familiar with all method of construction and building materials with required test and certificate from suppliers.•Experience of checking the PQ and submittals compliance with project specification•Prepare IFC and Shop Drawings (Civil and Architectural)•Coordinate with requirements and other subcontractors requirements for shop drawings, authorities requirements etc.Qualifications:•Engineering Degree holder: Architectural / Civil•Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Contracting Company•Expert in Architectural and engineering software (AutoCad, Revit….) as applicable•Familiar with UAE Authorities (all the emirates) rules and regulations•Knowledge of Steel Structure will be an added value•Strong inter-personal skills•Excellent command in English (speaking and writing)•Available in UAE
