Civil Structural EngineerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Design and analyze civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.•Assume sole responsibility for assigned civil and structural engineering work scopes, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.•Collaborate with project teams to support the development of civil and structural engineering deliverables, including design sketches and engineering calculations.•Verify that all designs meet required standards, objectives, and schedules, and that works are completed to agreed specifications.•Work with civil designers to review, verify, and issue civil and structural engineering drawings.•Participate in and advise on all design activities and documentation reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.•Prepare project-related specifications and standards, including site development plans and earthwork calculations.•Design underground networks, including stormwater, sanitary water, and oily water systems.•Ensure that all assigned activities are carried out within stipulated manhour budgets and time schedules.•Review, comment on, and approve drawings related to their field of activity, as well as supplier and other discipline drawings.•Assist in the preparation of contract requisitions and schedules of quantity for underground utilities work.•Perform such duties as may reasonably be assigned by the lead or supervising civil engineer.•Demonstrate a commitment to attaining high levels of HSE performance, ensuring a safe working environment.
