Civil Site ManagerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities :•Manage and supervise all civil construction and site activities for the project.•Ensure the Civil Contractor executes all civil and building works in line with:•Approved design and drawings•Project specifications•TAQA / Transco standards and procedures•Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeframe, quality, and safety standards.•Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.•Review and verify civil-related technical documents, method statements, and ITPs.•Oversee site inspections, quality checks, and resolution of civil-related issues.•Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements at site.•Prepare and submit regular progress reports and site documentation to management.Requirements :•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.•Proven experience as a Civil Site Manager on utility / infrastructure projects.•TAQA / Transco project experience is mandatory.•Strong knowledge of civil construction standards, specifications, and site management.•Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.•Ability to handle contractors, manage site teams, and resolve technical/site issues.•Based in UAE or with the ability to relocate to Abu Dhabi.Benefits :•Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month (based on experience and profile).•Opportunity to work on high-profile projects in Abu Dhabi.•Professional work environment and strong growth potential.
