Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Prepare and review daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.Liaise with project managers and clients to report progress and address any site-related concerns.Manage and coordinate site manpower and equipment.Ensure all work is executed within project budgets and timelines.Qualifications: 4-5 years of proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in Dubai building contracting projects.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficiency in MS Office and site management software.Additional Notes: All nationalities are welcome to apply.Dubai experience in building contracting is a must.
